UKBF (UK Border Force), Plant Health (DEFRA), Trading Standards and all other govermnet departments have access to your cargos information and can stop it in order to do routine checks and prevent illegal items through ports.

Most general cargo such as clothing, electricals, food items, materials, cars, furniture, tools. We won’t be able to do customs clearance for live animals, even though it is possible !

We can collect and drop your cargo to its final destination in the UK, for example arranging delivery of a full container from felixstowe port to a Manchester industrial estate.

For us to submit the information to HMRC it can take between 15mins to 1 hour, depending on the number of items and type of cargo. Remember cargo is not always cleared instantly after submitting the information, additional checks can add anything from a few hours to days on top.
