I used AAA to manage the customs clearance of some goods from China. I had never done this before. AAA managed the process seamlessly. We had a couple of issues because being my first time I didn't understand the process fully.Particularly the day my goods arrived. AAA reacted to a problem within minutes and solved a problem that was about to cost me a lot of money. It was my problem not theirs but they stepped in to save the day.
